Silicon Valley artists working in every field and discipline are invited to take this survey to help inform area funders and agencies supporting the arts about the needs of working artists and creative entrepreneurs. The survey will take about 20 minutes, and personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
This project is being sponsored as a public-private partnership to design future programs and support mechanisms for individual artists. Results will be shared publicly in September 2008, and we are happy to send you a copy of the findings directly if requested at the end of the survey.
