Our annual gathering of artists, cultural workers, activists, and educators tackling the question, "How can we create a more equitable arts sector?"

We organize this event not to center our organization in this movement, but to connect and amplify those who are doing the work. We welcome all who recognize the challenges and systemic issues at play in the arts & culture sector, and want to create innovative solutions for addressing them.
