In this workshop, we will explore practical examples from other organizations and review steps to build, manage and maintain earned revenue models. Participants will explore new opportunities through analyzing their organization’s assets, reflecting on their goals, and reviewing practical examples from other organizations to generate additional revenue streams outside of the traditional donor funding.
